Palm Beach County's Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) has announced the availability of funding for the First Time Homebuyer Program, Foreclosure Prevention Program, and Mortgage Assistance Program. Applications must be submitted online, and will be processed on a first submitted, first qualified, first served basis, subject to funding availability.
Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden will be offering FREE admission to all Palm Beach County residents on the second Saturday of each month starting July 9 and continuing through the rest of this year (August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 10). Visitors must show proof of residency on those dates for admission-free entry.

Children must remain onsite while they eat their meal. The main requirement for poll workers is the ability to work 14 hours on Primary and Election Day. Park Ridge Golf Course in Lantana is a former landfill and another hidden gem in Palm Beach County. Park Ridge is one of the most unique golf courses in South Florida and offers elevation changes like nowhere else in the area. Park Ridge tops 85 feet at its highest point and includes six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s. While Park Ridge Golf Course is currently closed to complete a summer project to renovate the greens, tees and bunkers, the driving range will remain open all summer long.
